Volunteer
Small independent museums can only flourish with the support of an active band of volunteers.
As always, thank you to our dedicated team of volunteers who help our museum enormously.
Our volunteers are currently involved in a wide range of activities, including:
- front-of-house (reception/shop)
- education
- exhibitions
- collection care
- events and fundraising
Any time you can give would be a great help and reliability and enthusiasm are the only requirements.
Join the Friends of Bailiffgate Museum
Friends membership is through an annual subscription of £10 and in return for this pledged amount Friends of Bailiffgate Museum receive:
- A season ticket giving unlimited access to the Museum for a 12 month period, including all temporary exhibitions, for themselves and one guest
- Invitations to previews of all exhibitions
- Discounts on special events held at the Museum
- A quarterly newsletter
A Family Friends membership is also now available for an annual subscription of £17. This season ticket gives unlimited access to the Museum for a 12 month period for a family of 2+2.
